Activate ‘Contact Us’ Enhancements
During the release training, there was a high demand for the steps to activate the ‘Contact Us’ Enhancements within ItsMe247. The member facing option to “Send us a private message” has been activated automatically with this release. In order for the credit union to reply to these messages directly and generate tracker records for permanent retention, please use Tool # 569 – Online/Mobile/Text Banking VMS Config. This tool can also be used to deactivate the expanded messaging if your credit union is already using chat services or other channels for two-way secure messaging.
