Overview

Our automated email engine is designed to send a credit union branded email to individual members at certain intervals. With our education email series, you pick the templates you want, in the order that you want and the number of days between each email.

Member Educational Series Fees and Disclosures

  • Creation of custom branded email templates for your credit union by VSB – $150 per template (minimum two) or all 6 for $750
  • Loading custom branded email templates for your credit union created by the credit union or other third party – $50 per template (minimum of 2 and maximum of 6)
  • Annual licensing fee – $600 per year for delivery of member educational series emails to members that have activated their Virtual StrongBox.
  • Members with opt out flags inside of CU*BASE are omitted from the VSB Educational Series

The Process

  • Once your order is received, a representative of Virtual StrongBox will be in touch. Together you will work with them to select your templates, design your message, and customize your plan.
  • Member Engagement Emails require credit unions to sign an API Agreement with CU*Answers. If an agreement has not been previously signed one will be sent to you.
