Overview
Fill out all of the available fields in section one on the attached form to add, remove, or update your credit unions Security Officers. The changes will be reflected in your Customer Profile from Tool #1008. A Security Officer has the ability to request new users, or delete existing users, as well as request changes to upload/download authority. If your staff happens to lock themselves out of GOLD, CU*Northwest will defer a password reset to the Security Officers listed in Tool #1008.
How it Works
When a request comes in related to a User ID the Client Service and Education Team will verify the Security Officer name and signature image .
Requirements/Prerequisites
Current contact information and example signature must be included on the form for verification purposes.
