Secure Form – Remote Deposit Capture


This form can be custom made for your credit union or used as-is. It can be embedded in your credit union website, mobile app or even It’s Me 247 Online Banking (desktop). Member submissions to these forms are secured in the CU Publisher Request Center. An email will be sent that a member has submitted this request. It is then your credit union’s staff’s responsibility to log in to Request Center to vet and fulfill the request per your procedures.


  • Remote Deposit Capture

    Remote Deposit will accept one check per form to your Savings or Checking account. It is subject to a five-day business hold and will be processed according to our Remote Deposit Disclosure. All forms submitted will be processed Monday-Friday during normal business hours.
  • What to know before you start:

    Check must be payable to AND deposited to the member(s) account
  • Check must be properly endorsed by member(s)
  • Back of check must be endorsed with “Remote Deposit”
  • Store the paper check for 30 calendar days
