Member submissions to these forms are secured in the CU Publisher Request Center. An email will be sent that a member has submitted this request. It is then your credit union’s staff’s responsibility to log in to Request Center to vet and fulfill the request per your procedures.

A joint account allows more than one person to own and manage it.

All joint owners have the same ownership rights on the account(s) as the primary owner.

For verification purposes, all non-members being added to the account will have their Transunion credit report pulled.

*A New Membership Account Agreement will need to be signed by all owners on the account.
