AIRES files benefit both auditors and you as they expedite the audit process. It also allows examiners to spend less time inputting data, and more time with you and your credit union staff. The file also provides a better measure of risks associated with your loan portfolio and overall internal controls. Client Services and Education can provide this data for your credit union and even send it directly to your auditor on your behalf.

Upon receipt of the order, Client Services will begin to process your request. Please allow 7 business days for your request to be processed.
How it Works
Send in the above form, signed by the credit union CEO, with at least a week prior to the due date for the request to be completed. A Client Services and Education representative will confirm your purchase upon receipt of the order and additional instructions you may have. You will have to explain to the Client Services and Education representative who should receive the file, whether it be the CEO or directly to the examiner you are working with. Once completed, the AIRES file will be sent through secure email using Zix to all requested parties.
