Overview

The Client Services and Education Team can use the information collected from the New Branch Form to update CU*BASE on behalf of your credit union. This includes coordination with the Network Services Team. The CSR Team will be responsible for updating the following Tools: #176 Branch Office Description/Modeling Controls, #202 Chart of Accounts/Budget Groups Maintenance and #1008 Your Customer Profile.

Next Steps

Please complete the New Branch Form and return to CU*Northwest Client Services at least 30 days prior to your desired configuration date.
