Is your credit union branch moving to a different location? The Client Services and Education Team can use the information collected from the New Address Form upon your behalf to update your credit unions location within CU*BASE!

Please complete the New Branch Form and submit it to the CU*Northwest Client Services and Education Team here at least 30 days prior to your desired configuration date.
