Since they are not borrowing with you, how do they utilize the credit union? How does this relationship vary between generations? Understanding these trends in member tendencies will provide insight into appropriate marketing strategies per member segment. This analysis is designed to identify opportunities and provide you the information required to build an effective member outreach strategy.
What You will Receive
Once your analysis is complete, you will receive a personalized data briefing discussing our analytical findings, as well as an analysis summary report detailing our findings. Each generation will be analyzed separately, quantifying your current relationships with each group and providing insight into current product and service engagement, allowing you to build successful marketing strategies. After your project briefing, you may select up to 5 member groups in which you wish to target. Data Briefings can be a one-time engagement, or a scheduled recurring briefing at the frequency of your choosing.
