Implementation

  • Imaging Solutions will build a vault table to hold your invoices and update your ProDOC definition file to reflect this new document type.
  • Our team will also provide you with ProDOC printer installation materials, instructions, and demonstration.
  • If you don’t want to install this yourself, we will assist you for $15/PC.
  • Imaging Solutions will train you how to capture invoices.

Signing Up

  • Add this service to your cart and check out to sign up.
  • The Imaging Solutions team will contact you and conduct a brief survey to make sure you have what you need to get started.
  • If you need hardware or SwiftView, CU*Answers Network Services will provide you with a quote before installation.
  • Imaging Solutions will provide you the Data Archival options form so you can include AP invoices. We will place them online for 18 months so you can keep them on disk for as long as your retention schedule dictates.
