I Need a Different Custom Fee Service

CU*Northwest offers a variety of fee strategies including a combination of account, transaction, minimum balance, and other credit union desired custom fee options. This process involves projects to assess fees that cannot be handled by the many features available in the standard CU*BASE Service Charge programs. Custom Fee Requests are considered Custom configurations and a bid will be provided, Once a signed Special Project Request/Authorization Form is returned, CU*Northwest will schedule your project. Generally, these products are scheduled within two weeks of a signed bid being returned.
