Upgrade your current version of CU*University by adding Admin Access with individual logins and employee progress tracking at no additional cost. With this version of the CU*University, you will have access to the same 25 CU*BASE courses, 14 soft-skills and credit union-specific courses, and 17 compliance courses. With the ability to track your employee’s progress, you will be able to provide proof to regulators of staff training, individual development plans for each employee can be created, and tracking tools are available to monitor individual employee knowledge.
Schedule of Tasks
Upon checking out with this product in your cart, a Client Service Representative will contact you within 1-2 business days regarding your purchase. If your credit union has 15 or less staff members, we will provide you with Admin credentials to set up your own employee accounts. If your credit union has over 15 staff members, we will send you a spreadsheet to complete with your employees’ information, and we will set up the accounts for your credit union.
How it Works
The Online Campus can be accessed either through a unique URL we provide your staff with or through CU*BASE, through the “Links” button, and by selecting “CU*Answers Online University.” The Online campus is accessible through a web browser.
