CU*Answers Imaging Solutions will install in-House Imaging Applications with credit union’s configuration on workstations purchased from Network Services. This installation will consist of ProDOC, ProDOC Microsoft Printer, 2020 DOC, TLBK462 Sigplus signature pad driver, and a supported scanner driver for one scanner specified by the CU. The credit union will need to manually select the printers that ProDOC prints to and turn on the signature pad if needed after the computer has been installed at the CU.
