Note: A minimum notice of 8 weeks is required if your forms need new logos.

The first step to update CU*Northwest of your pending name change.

Time Frame

You can never submit a name change notification too early! We do require a minimum of 8 weeks to ensure that all forms and logos can be updated in time for your effective change date.
