CU*Answers is in the RDC (Remote Deposit Capture) business. Members use their It’s Me 247 login to gain access to Mobile Check Deposit, Mobile Banking, Transfer Money, and much more. To get started with RDC, you will first sign agreements/contracts, then work with IRSC to be assigned a launch date, where your staff is able to test the mobile app before releasing to app stores (Apple & Google Play). You have the option to post these items yourself (manual posting), or you can select the RDC IQ or near real time posting to your members accounts. The first charge of this will be on the eDOC side based on your membership size, the 2nd charge would be the monthly charge from CU*Answers.

3,000-10,000 members – $2,995
Under 3,000 members – No setup fee
Monthly Maintenance:
3,000+ members – $175.00
Under 3,000 members – $99 for the first 6 months, and then $175/month.
Per Item Fee – $0.45
ArchView DVD (if not already set up) – $50 quarterly
eDOC RDC IQ Monthly Process Fees:
Less than 5,000 members $75/month
Greater than 5,000 members $125/month
