2020-08-12 Comms Filter Settings Not Displaying Correctly

Issue: I was attempting to access the Settings for Comms Filter and I have nothing listed- no categories to be able to select and apply filters to…screen says No Data

2020-08-12 Responsive size cuts Settings Icon of on the side

Issue: Was hoping that when the NAVS screen with presented on 1/2 of my screen, it would be fully responsive and show everything- or at least have the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom. Instead, it cuts off the side and the user must make the screen full size to get to the items on the side (for example Settings).

I could see the Administrative Settings icon, but not the Comms Filter Settings Icon

2020-07-23 Automatic Login does not work

Issue: Automatic Login does not work- I have to log in every time.

2020-07-23 NAVs has stopped working

Issue: NAVs has stopped working twice today (7-23). Not sure if it’s due to inactivity or other issue.

2020-06-24 NAVs 'flag' sits in the center of monitor

Issue: Using Dual Monitors- the NAVs ‘flag’ sits in the center of my second (right) monitor- not on the edge as it does with the single monitor. ‘Flag’ meaning when NAVs is minimized the icon that sits on the edge of my PC desktop. Login User Role: Organization Admin Steps to recreate the issue: minimize NAVs and use dual monitor…. see screen shot attached. On the screen shot the image on the left (with Steve’s head) is on the monitor on the left and the image with the Excel Sheet is on the right side monitor… I circled the NAVs flag where it sat. I had to end the service to get it out of my way. Expected Result: I expected the flag to be on the edge of my screen as it does with the single monitor.

2020-6-19 App names are too small under the icons

click on apps. the icons appear but the wording under each icon is too small to read

2020-6-17 Comms Publishing App title in sidebar getting cut off

2020-06-17 COMM APPS UI enhancement

I would like to see a UI enhancement to the COMM APPS screen shot that is attached to issue report. It would be nice when enabling categories and receive notifcation’s if there was an enable all categories and enable all “receive notification” button. At the bottom is a button to receive notification and that may be to receive all but you get a message that pops up indicating that you will receive all communication for the category in which you have chosen. I think it would be more user friendly and time saving to allow the enable all categories button and enable all receive notifications button to be available if the user doesn’t want to be picky about the types of notifications they receive.

2020-07-21 calculator app

It would be nice to have a calculator app that had a basic calculator, then ones for mortgage, auto, etc.

2020-06-26 Interest rate risk analysis of loans

There is a tool in CU*Base that basically shows you an analysis of what the risk would be to raise or lower your dividend rate for all products. It would be nice if we had an interest rate risk analysis of loans. It would work the same way but one enhancement is the program would scrape the web for FRB, WSJ Prime Rate, COFI historical rates that would influence the variable rate loans and other types of loans. A lot of companies will pay thousands of dollars to a company outside that can provide an interest rate analysis. It would be nice if we could sell something to cut into that market share.

2020-06-24 Have ability to 'Quit' NAVs through a right click on the task

I would like to see the ability to ‘Quit’ NAVs through a right click on the task displayed in my task bar- versus having to navigate through task manager and selecting End Task. There are many times that I don’t need to have NAVs open.

2020-06-23 Have all items from AnswerBook in NAVS

Have all items from AnswerBook in NAVS and make searching within AnswerBook faster.

2020-06-18 see peer-to-peer rates

In CU*Base, clients can look in our network to see peer-to-peer rates at other institutions. What if we had an app that scrapped the web pages of various CU’s and banks that are not in network for their rates in a given community or area. This would be both for loan rates and dividend rates.
