ATTENTION ONLINE AND SITE-FOUR CREDIT UNIONS
On Wednesday, October 3, CU*NorthWest posted an alert which detailed an issue relating to printout fees. On Thursday, October 4, we updated this alert with a set of instructions on how to correct fees for affected members. It is important that our Online and Site-Four credit unions review these instructions and perform them accordingly.
